Rahmenbedingungen:
Dauer des Programms 24 Monate; in mindestens fünf verschiedenen Abteilungen, z.
B. Data Analytics Services, Business Development, Product Development & Pricing, Valuation & Reserving, Finance; mögliche Entsendung an einen ausländischen SCOR-Standort; Teilnahme an relevanten technischen Projekten, begleitet von einem Mentor; angemessene Aus- und Weiterbildung
Qualifications
Das bringst Du mit:
Hochschulabschluss in Mathematik oder Naturwissenschaften; vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Praktikant und/oder Werkstudent bei einem Versicherer oder Rückversicherer; ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben systematisch und zielorientiert zu bewältigen; sehr gute IT-Anwender- und Programmierkenntnisse (R, Python, etc.); hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
