    Your role with us

    • You are responsible for selling our solution to housing companies and large customers
    • You identify decision-makers at potential customers, understand their challenges, and convince them of the benefits of our solution in video conferencing and personal presentation meetings
    • You regularly attend events and trade shows
    • You ensure that your sales pipeline is built up for three to four months in advance so that you can achieve your sales goals
    • You use our CRM tool to transparently document your sales activities and organize your daily routine efficiently
    • Your team lead, Bill Leopold, coaches and accompanies you in your development with his extensive experience in the real estate industry

    Your profile

    • You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
    • You have the ability to understand and communicate customer needs in the digital transformation field
    • You are characterized by friendliness, persuasiveness, and a high level of urgency
    • You can self-motivate, are hands-on, and know how to maximize your role independently
    • You are willing to travel. This may be up to two to three days per month, but mostly less as we mainly work online in sales
    • You speak German very well (C2) and have good English skills (at least B2)
