Mechanical Engineer Position at Ingenieur- und Sachverständigenbüro

We are a team of engineers focusing on optimizing large-scale facilities in energy generation and waste utilization. Our clients include international plant builders, power plant operators, chemical companies, steel industry companies, automotive suppliers, and refractory industry specialists.

Currently consisting of 5 engineers and a project assistant, we are looking for you to join our team for exciting tasks in the world of refractory linings.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of project and order processing.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Assist clients in awarding contracts and optimizing plant maintenance processes.
• Perform acceptance inspections at customer sites or manufacturer facilities.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and optimize projects for customers.
• Support customers in damage cases by assessing findings, managing damages, and preparing expert opinions.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical field, with advanced knowledge of welding technology preferred.
• Several years of project management experience.
• Willingness to further educate according to requirements.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in common office applications.
• Availability to travel for temporary projects both domestically and internationally.
