HESYS Engineering ist Partner für anspruchsvolle Projekte in Aerospace & High-Tech. Seit 25 Jahren unterstützen wir unsere Kunden mit technischer Expertise und strukturiertem Projektmanagement. Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie.

Sie koordinieren Materialflüsse zwischen Einkauf, Logistik und Endmontage. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung der Teileverfügbarkeit für die Flugzeugproduktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Logistik und A320-Endmontage

• Analyse und Antizipation fehlender Teile auf Basis bestehender Planungstools

• Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Beschaffung und europäischen Standorten

• Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Materialverfügbarkeit

• Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern

• Nutzung von SAP sowie Pflege relevanter Stammdaten

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar

• Erste Erfahrung in Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement oder Supply Chain

• Kenntnisse in SAP und prozessorientiertem Arbeiten

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

HESYS Engineering is a partner for demanding projects in aerospace and high-tech industries. For 25 years, we have been supporting our customers with technical expertise and structured project management. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will coordinate material flows between procurement, logistics and final assembly. The objective is to ensure part availability in line with aircraft production schedules.

Your tasks

• Interface between procurement, logistics and A320 final assembly

• Analysis and anticipation of missing parts using planning tools

• Coordination of delivery dates with purchasing and European sites

• Initiation of actions to secure on-time material availability

• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Use of SAP and maintenance of relevant master data

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain or similar

• Initial experience in procurement, supplier management or logistics

• Knowledge of SAP and process-oriented work

• Analytical mindset and structured approach

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent German and English skills
