Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations Management Coordinate vehicle dispatching scheduling to optimize efficiency ensure fleet vehicles are available to meet operational demands track vehicle movements fuel consumption monitor driver activities enforce company policies
- Vehicle Maintenance Compliance Schedule oversee preventive maintenance repairs ensure all vehicles comply with legal safety environmental regulations keep accurate records of vehicle inspections registrations insurance work with mechanics external vendors for repairs servicing
- Safety Workplace Standards Help maintain clean safe secure work environment support weekly KPIs report on fleet-related issues join TAPA FSR audit team when required travel to other ATC sites occasionally complete fleet audits
- Cost Control Budgeting Monitor fuel usage implement cost-saving measures manage maintenance repair expenses within budget assess recommend vehicle purchases leasing options
- Driver Supervision Training Monitor driver performance provide feedback ensure drivers maintain proper licenses certifications
- Reporting Data Management Maintain logs of vehicle usage maintenance fuel expenses use fleet management software tracking reporting
