Position: Team Leader for Girls in Residential Youth Assistance at Jugendhilfe Schweigmatt

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals and students/apprentices and manage daily activities and educational tasks for 8 female clients

• Experience in youth assistance (residential setting preferred)
• Creativity, teamwork, and flexibility
• Diverse pedagogical methods
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Approach difficulties as challenges, overcome crises, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility
• Enjoy working constructively and solution-oriented

Conditions:

Jugendhilfe Schweigmatt is looking for a Social Worker, Social Educator, or Educator for the position of team leader for the night shift in the girls' residential group in Schopfheim Schweigmatt. The employment ranges from 75 to 100%.

The facility is a contractual partner of the Landkreis Lörrach for children and adolescents who need to be fully admitted according to §34 SGB VIII. Currently, there are 9 children and adolescents aged 7 to 16 living in the girls' group. The girls' residential group provides a place to live for children and adolescents who require intensive help due to behavioral issues, serious developmental or socialization problems within the family, mainstream school, or living environment. Individual Supplementary Benefits (IZL) are available when needed, both pedagogically and technically. Therapeutic support measures are also possible.
