    Your tasks

  • Create and evolve standards and guard rails for the whole engineering organization in Nexplore
  • Create templates and blueprints for new product activity
  • Educate and teach fellow engineers
  • Actively work with the product development teams
  • Ensure proper training of new Nexplore hires
  • Closely collaborate with Product Leads to ensure the products success while meeting the engineering standards

    • Your profile

  • Master's degree in an engineering, or computer science discipline
  • Very broad technology knowledge in the areas of cloud-based enterprise applications, enterprise architecture, DevOps, software development, databases, UI/UX etc.
  • 10 years' experience in developing large scale enterprise applications
  • Proven track record in consolidation of technologies across organizations
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and German. Spanish is a plus.
