Founded in 2002 we unite tech-savvy professionals across countries working on impactful projects for industry leaders and Fortune companies Our expertise spans cloud data AI/ML embedded software IoT and more driving digital transformation across finance manufacturing telecom healthcare and other industries Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact We are seeking a Business Development Manager DACH region The Business Development Manager is responsible for accelerating company growth through new SQLs within portfolio accounts within DACH territory Leveraging partnerships and digital channels you will act as bridge between client business needs and N-iX technology solutions Beyond individual sales you will support internal teams in driving initiatives ensuring N-iX is positioned as premier engineering partner Responsibilities include Strategic Sales Leadership Full-Cycle Deal Ownership Bid & Artifact Management Market Presence Strategic Account Development Stakeholder Orchestration Risk Mitigation Contract Leadership Upselling & Cross-selling Relationship Mapping Value Proposition Refinement Revenue Forecasting Omnichannel Prospecting Strategic Networking Referral Management Qualifications or performance standards Education Experience German: Native or C1/C2 level English: Fluently spoken Internal work language Industry Knowledge Sales Competence Technical Literacy Proficiency with CRM systems High EQ Results-Oriented Cultural Fit Bonus Work experience with multinational teams Willingness to travel frequently within DACH region occasionally to delivery centers (Poland)
