Job summary cloopio's mission is to connect distributed teams around the world. With our one-click booking platform, companies can plan team events (offsites, retreats, summits) in Europe. With our curated employee experiences, we offer accommodation, meeting facilities, transfer, and activities.
As Co-Founder & CTO, you're at the forefront of our platform's development and automation scaling. As Co-Founder and CTO, spearhead platform development and automation scaling
Hands-on software development: improve our current application or rebuild our tech with the tool stack of your choice to shape the perfect product
Hire your own developer team, product owners & UX team
Several years of experience as CTO or Engineering Lead building great software or data science products and leading teams
Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment
Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
Proven ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the software development life cycle, including successfully managing distributed teams
ability to drive a team to achieve beyond their perceived capabilities
Desire to work at a startup, embracing the fast-paced nature of the environment
Track record of leading engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable technical solutions that meet product/business requirements
Track record of growing engineering teams through the identification of key roles and recruitment of talented engineers
Full-stack Engineer with focus on back-end development
