NewCo is a critical infrastructure monitoring service that helps operators minimise outage time and frequency in their assets and infrastructure.NewCo is in the process of carve-out from DNV and will establish itself as an independent company with the aim to transform its business model and grow significantly.
- Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for NewCo, including positioning, segmentation, pricing principles, and commercial packaging.
- Build and convert a qualified pipeline (including DSOs and strategic partners), drive customer acquisition activities, and support negotiations of key customer contracts.
