Job summary
We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support professional for an on-site position in Porto,PV you will be responsible for supporting customers through various channels such as phone,email
or chat depending on the project.
You will work with internal tools and systems to document cases,follow established procedures,
and meet quality and performance targets.
Collaboration with team leaders and colleagues is an important part of the role as you will contribute
to process improvements and share feedback that helps enhance service quality.
