- Leads the service organization in Turkey in coordination with the SMA service partner.
- Ensures and optimizes all service processes.
- Creates a flexible organization ready for growth as well as seasonal variation.
- Exhibits our first-class service approach to the customer in order to support business development.
- Monitors and ensures the Service team's key performance indicators.
- Ensures strong partnership with the SMA service organization.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or any educational training in the electro-technical field with proven experience in professional customer after-sales service management
- At least three years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Good understanding of high voltage and measurement equipment, the local energy market as well as occupational health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; a basic understanding of IP network technology would be advantageous.
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel around the country and attend training in Germany as required.
- Very good Turkish and English language skills; German language skills would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and being able to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Good independent work skills and highly organized
