    As the Global Head of Customer Engagement, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer (clients & candidates) experience, nurturing customer relationships and driving engagement across our global customer base.

    Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing customer-centric growth strategies and executing global initiatives that drive business growth with the short-term focus on increasing ABM (Account Based Marketing) ROI to expand the functions scope into other key areas of Customer Marketing.

    In the matrix organization, collaborate with global and regional sales & marketing teams to develop and execute a customer engagement strategy

    Ensure that customer engagement efforts maintain consistency and guideline compliance in messaging, branding, and strategies across all regions and markets.

    Following the increasing ROI of Global Customer Marketing, build, lead, develop and manage the Customer Engagement team consisting of a Global Customer Lifecycle & Insights Marketing Manager and the Regional Customer Engagement Managers.

    Hands-On Mentality
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth or customer focused marketing with a proven track record of success in a global environment and in ROI producing customer engagement
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global sales environment.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and customers.

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Proven experience in customer engagement, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in a global context.
