What to Expect

• People Support - Serve as the main point of contact for our employees and managers on HR matters.
• Payroll Management - Ensure timely salary payments to employees. Develop new strategies for compensation and benefits independently and implement them effectively. Manage timekeeping with your team.
• HR Controlling - Actively participate in data analysis and evaluations in the field of HR management.
• Project Management - Independently execute HR projects and special initiatives. Optimize HR processes for continuous development and enhancement.

Requirements

• Experience - Minimum of 5 years working with payroll and familiarity with SAP HR payroll and basic customization requirements.
• Skills - Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently, discreet, and reliable. Proficient in handling all matters related to payroll, income tax, and social security.
• Knowledge - Proficient in drafting operational agreements and assessing their financial impact. Skilled at mediating between parties.
• Communication - Strong service orientation, friendly and confident demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
• Team Player - Enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
