    Summary

    For the "Group Reporting & Consolidation" department, we are looking for an "IFRS Group Accountant (f/m/d)" at the Ulm or Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

    The "Group Reporting & Consolidation" department is responsible for managing and preparing the IFRS consolidated financial statements of the listed HENSOLDT AG and ensuring that they are reported in line with capital market requirements. The department also provides decision-relevant financial reports to HENSOLDT's top management. The tasks also include the preparation of the HGB annual financial statements of the largest German companies in the HENSOLDT Group.

    In addition, the team is responsible for the continuous improvement and safeguarding of uniform specifications and guidelines in connection with the reporting processes throughout the Group.

    Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of HENSOLDT AG consisting of more than 30 fully consolidated companies
  • Ensuring the external reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of the HENSOLDT Group in line with capital market requirements
  • Collaboration in the preparation of the IFRS consolidated notes and the Group management report
  • Organization and coordination of the financial statements of investments
  • Contact person for questions relating to consolidation, the application of IFRS guidelines and the accounting manual and ensuring their uniform implementation
  • Technical support and further development of the SAP-based consolidation system and implementation of new guidelines and standards in the consolidation system
  • Continuous optimization and ensuring uniform specifications, processes and guidelines for Group accounting
  • Taking on special topics in Group accounting (implementation of new accounting standards, preparation of the Group accounting manual)
  • Interface for the proper and timely response to inquiries regarding Group reporting from tax consultants and auditors
  • Your Profile

  • Completed studies in economics, business administration or similar
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility at an international company in group accounting in accordance with IFRS
  • Experience in one of the large auditing companies is advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of group accounting in accordance with IFRS and consolidation
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (FI / CO) as well as BCS-supported consolidation systems
  • High analytical and conceptual skills combined with good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness, problem-solving skills and strong team orientation
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
