We have plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management team.
This role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
5 years of experience in a technical international customer service environment within supply chain and order management solutions, with direct customer exposureSolid knowledge of EDI (flat file and XML) principles and data semantics
Proven track record in building customers relationships (customer intimacy) to support company growth
Ability to interact with different levels of an organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams
