Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategically aligning our playground equipment product range with current market demands. Our aim is to further expand eibe's market leadership with your innovative ideas for product development and marketing, significantly contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction. Your tasks include planning, presenting, selling, and generating enthusiasm for our products.

Your detailed responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of effective product strategies
• Monitoring competition and shaping market, product, and pricing policies
• Creating target group-oriented sales arguments
• Evaluating and managing the phase-out process
• Conducting product training sessions
• Supporting and planning trade shows and exhibitions
• Analyzing and executing internal and external benchmarking
• Assisting in PR activities and maintaining master data

Profile

• You have a degree in a technical or business-related field or a similar qualification.
• You have professional experience in product management, ideally in the playground equipment industry, with comprehensive product knowledge.
• Demonstrated social skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding and team collaboration skills to drive projects forward.
• Fluent in English, proficient with common MS Office tools, and ideally knowledgeable in 3Ds Max. Willingness to travel is advantageous.
