    EG Group operates gas stations nationwide in Germany under brands such as Esso and OMV, and is also very successful in the field of system catering. One of its subsidiaries, EG Deutschland K-Holding GmbH, manages various KFC restaurants. The number of restaurants is constantly increasing due to their growth strategy.

    Join our team as:

    Shift Manager / Team Leader KFC / Food Service Specialist (m/f/d) - also suitable for career changers

    Full-time position for our restaurant in Ulm

    You are the master of your shift. Hospitality is your domain. Your enthusiasm is as contagious as your drive. You are a gracious host, keeping the team together and maintaining quality standards. As a team leader, you are a role model - committed, joyful, and always there for the guests.

    • Hourly wage of at least €13.53 plus additional contractual increases and monthly performance-based bonus

    Your qualifications:

    • Previous experience in system catering or a similar role
    • Prior experience at KFC is advantageous
    • Leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, and exceptional commitment
    • Strong focus on service and ability to enforce standards
    • Keen on cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards
    • Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
    • Team player with strong communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Resilience and flexibility in working hours
    • Good command of the German language

    Your responsibilities:

    • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during the shift
    • Supporting the team in all areas of daily operations
    • Ensuring compliance with KFC standards
    • Responsible for implementing and adhering to HACCP standards
    • Assisting the restaurant management in team leadership and organizational tasks (e.g. shift planning, vacation planning, etc.)
