    As Danaher Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

    You will be remotely based and part of the Talent Acquisition DACH/EE Commercial and G&A Team, reporting to the Regional Leader of Talent Acquisition.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    1. Client Management & Engagement

    • Lead strategic kick-off meeting to understand the requirements and successfully drive the full recruitment process.
    • Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics

    2. Recruitment Strategies

    • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
    • Identify optimal channels for sourcing the best talent on the market

    3. Candidate Engagement:

    • Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • University's degree or equivalent experience in TA/HR
    • Numerous years of Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines)
    • Medical Devices or Biotech Industry experience
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, in written and spoken

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Recruitment in a Talent Acquistion Organization
    • Using Workday as ATS
