Come join our team of service engineers and technicians who will actively support you at every step, especially during the onboarding phase.

• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, and installations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order to achieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timely troubleshooting
• Supporting customers on possible services and assisting with application problems via telephone support in assigned area
• Work closely with sales staff for their general support or to assist in individual cases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations and training, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at trade fairs, etc.)
• Work primarily in the field and have close contact with your team colleagues and the sales team What we are looking for:
• Completed technical training, preferably in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
• You are interested in life science/diagnostic applications
• Preferably you have practical experience, external service experience would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
