    TLDR: Startup in Renewable Energy Sector seeking Software Sales Representatives to drive B2B sales in Berlin/Augsburg.

    Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With 200+ B2B customers and strong investor backing, we're scaling up and are constantly in need of motivated Software Sales Representatives to help us grow.

    Tasks

    • Engage with B2B clients (solar installers & utilities) from sales to software implementation
    • Use various channels for customer acquisition, including calls, trade shows, and online
    • Handle sales meetings, and support our digital marketing and sales strategies
    • Help expand Reonic by planning and starting new projects and partnerships
    • Stay updated on industry trends to serve our customers better

    Requirements

    • Motivated to drive change in renewables
    • Learn quickly and aim for high achievements
    • Flexibility, hardworking, and bring your A game
    • Software sales experience in corporate or startup environments (proficiency in HubSpot is a plus)
    • University degree in economics, engineering, informatics or similar fields (optional)
    • Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
    • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
