Job Description

• During your internship, you will support the development and implementation of a cloud-based CRM system from a business perspective.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile project environment.
• Furthermore, you will also evaluate requirements and proposed solutions.
• Additionally, you will execute and document system tests of implemented work packages.
• You will test implementations with our global team to ensure the best possible system performance for all users.
• Finally, you will retrieve, analyse and prepare data from various sources to ensure a successful migration of existing data to the new system.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Excel, experience in VBA, good knowledge of databases and experience with SAP ERP desired
• Personality and Working Practice: a person who has strong analytical and organizational skills, is able to learn quickly, multi-task, as well as work independently and in a team environment
• Languages: very good in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 3 - 6 months
