The firm is growing rapidly improving its services to the customers. The company keeps the atmosphere of a small dynamic startup having the resources of a big corporation. Most of the technical decisions happen within a team.

Several years of professional experience in native app development (Android/iOS, Swift, Kotlin)
Ideally initial experience in management roles
Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, commitment and a high level of motivation
You have good spoken and written knowledge of English – German is a plus

You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the app team
You will be responsible for the technical coaching and further development of your employees
You will work closely with other development teams, product management and senior management to design a best-in-class solution for a fully automated identification process
