    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition CoE mission is to enable the H&M Group to achieve outstanding business results by attracting, engaging, assessing, hiring, and onboarding the right talent, with high speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.     As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities include:

    • Proactively communicate and serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers.
    • Drive in-take meetings with hiring managers, ensure expectation alignment and write job ads.
    • Own the full life cycle of assigned open roles and ensure accurate systems (ATS) administration.
    • Continuous monitoring of own performance KPIs and Metrics, and definition of action plans accordingly.
    • Talent sourcing of relevant candidates, pipeline building promotion and engagement for open roles.
    • Plan and execute candidates' profile/CV reviews, shortlisting, and screening calls.
    • Set, coordinate and monitor the competence assessment process for candidates.
    • Prepare and coach the hiring manager to host Team-Fit interviews.
    • Advise and support hiring managers in hiring decision-making.
    • Collect and provide feedback to candidates according to predefined policies.
    • Ensure appropriate handover of hired candidates to the pre-boarding process.
    • Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning and quarterly & monthly reviews.
    • Own the delivery of specific tasks of projects within the roadmaps of the broader TA organisation.
    Qualifications

    Education

    • Formal education in human resources, business administration or organizational psychology is preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Certifications in recruitment analytics and copywriting are preferred.

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience working in recruitment is necessary for the role, either as a TA Coordinator, Talent Sourcer, Jr. Recruiter or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in English is required as well as the relevant local language, in this case Dutch

    This is a full-time role, and we are looking to fill this position based in
    Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, or Germany. Dutch speaking is mandatory.
