Manager (m/f/d) Waste Management Center

What Are Your Responsibilities?

• Oversight and management of the in-house wastewater treatment, biogas, and drying facility
• Professional and disciplinary supervision of 11 employees
• Design and planning of (optimization) measures in the field of the aforementioned plant technology
• Preparation and coordination of water law and approval-related documents in collaboration with external service providers
• Organization, coordination, and execution of regulatory supervision requirements, as well as monitoring legally mandated dates and deadlines
• Documentation creation, employee training, and responsibility for operational occupational safety in the area of responsibility
• Maintenance of contacts and distribution of fertilizer products

What Do You Bring to the Table?

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, civil or environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technology)
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of wastewater treatment
• You quickly grasp technical processes and their interrelationships, demonstrating a clear and structured work approach with the necessary sense of responsibility
• You are a team player who works proactively and solution-oriented
• Previous experience in team leadership is advantageous
• Strong communication skills complement your profile
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential, with additional experience in an ERP system (e.g., SAP)
