- University Degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the Automotive A/S sector including manufacturing or service
- Technical expertise in Automotive After Sales Parts
- Comprehensive knowledge of Passenger and commercial vehicles (Hydrogen, EV Know-How)
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Programming skills like MS Office (Access, SQL, Python, PowerBI is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams and adept at conflict management
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Fluency in English, additional European languages are advantageous
- Analyze part master data of new models and address technical-related issues with stakeholders
- Prepare initial stock with a technical perspective for warehouses throughout EU & UK
- Manage, oversee, and enhance inventory order processes
- Provide technical support to inventory planning team members for optimal stock maintenance
- Compile and analyze data from stakeholders including sales schedules, targets, and part master details
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in developing forecasting logics from scratch
- Implement preventive measures to minimize backorders and improve Inventory KPIs
- Offer technical assistance to Mobis Parts Europe and other Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) when required
