Your Role

• Devise new recipes and production methods for innovative projects in collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers
• Supervise the development and adaptation of raw materials to guarantee their quality and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Product Science teams to review briefs, assess samples, and establish protocols for product testing and safety standards
• Lead projects with strong organizational skills, ensuring the timely execution of laboratory blends, product samples, and projects tailored to customer needs
• Introduce new or enhanced technological processes, adhere to internal and regulatory hygiene, HACCP, food safety, and environmental protection standards
• Organize and conduct customer visits and workshops, offering support to Technical Account Managers on customer-specific scenarios and technology implementation
• Evaluate and enforce corrective actions as directed by Quality, optimizing the recipe portfolio for cost efficiency, resource utilization, and quality enhancement

Your Profile

• You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in product development
• You hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a relevant field
• You exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, demonstrating independence and confidence in your work
• You have a profound understanding of raw materials and their influence on product performance
• Your methodical and detail-oriented work approach is enhanced by your collaborative and excellent communication skills
• You are proficient in German and English
