- As part of our team, you will be involved in the communicating new and existing services, creating presentations, writing and reviewing news articles as well as revising and supporting the creation of newsletters prior to publication.
- You will design interactive multimedia content assets that engages and appeals to users both digitally and through analog media.
- Maintain existing and assist in the development of new communication channels, updating content, increasing usage and improving overall quality.
- Actively participate in the development of customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities to expand and train communication skills within and beyond own team and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- You are a student in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Experience, Administration or similar.
- You are familiar with Adobe tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere or others.
- No further experience is required.
- Your "customers" are your colleagues at KWS, so it is important to you that their inquiries and requests are dealt with quickly and to a high standard. You are not satisfied with the status quo and look for ways to make your job even better and more efficiently.
