- You will provide support in applicant management in the commercial and industrial areas as well as in the area of trainees and temporary staff
- You coordinate and prepare job interviews
- You will accompany job interviews together with our consultants
- You take over the correspondence with applicants, specialist departments and external service providers
- You will be involved in the search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies
- You work conceptually on HR projects and marketing activities with a focus on training
- You support operational HR management in the area of training » Your profile:
- You are studying e.g. business administration, psychology, education with a focus on HR
- Ideally, you have initial experience through relevant internships in the field of HR/recruiting
- You have strong organizational and communication skills
- You enjoy working with other people and enjoy working in a team
- You are characterized by a structured way of working, commitment and flexibility
