- 20 Percent administrative Support: Facilitating interdepartmental MarCom communications, organizing and managing team events, and processing cross-departmental MarCom invoices
- Professional production and distribution of corporate success stories using video, text and other multimedia formats with team- and external resources
- Contribute to ongoing strategic messaging with Business and Functional Units as well as regions and clusters
- Support leadership communication (CEO-newsletter, targeted communication kits for special purposes etc.)
- Ensure two-way communication between management and employees; conceptualize and execute employer engagement campaigns Personal Qualities, Skills and Experience in Detail:
- Fluency in English is a must, German and/or additional European languages are desirable
- Strategic, conceptual and problem-solving skills, a well-structured approach, complemented by strong business and entrepreneurial thinking; competence in self-organization, personal responsibility and critical thinking, paired with strong copywriting skills
- Experienced in managing and influencing matrix structures and interfaces, as well as freelancers and external agencies, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Thorough understanding of communicating with white-collar and blue-collar workers alike
- Experience in positioning of and communicating with and for senior leaders (CEO and board level)
- Excellent feeling for language and corporate multimedia storytelling in a B2B context
