Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal supports to the Company concerning contracts and other daily operations on which legal advice and services are necessary or desirable. Such legal supports include drafting, revising and negotiating legal documents in English;

2. Provide practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for daily business. Conduct investigation and research of relevant laws;

3. Provide training to Company staffs on Germany laws and regulations;

4. Handle disputes, litigation and government investigation;

5. Implement compliance policies and establish compliance procedures;

6. Perform other duties as assigned;

Qualifications:

1.BA/MA in Law, with attorney or bar qualification.

2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in a MNC company or a reputable law firm of Germany.

3. Familiarity with new energy industry or products - especially construction of factory, purchasing of material or machine, labor related issues - would be advantageous.

4. Proficiency English is a must. Proficiency in Chinese or experience in a Chinese company would be a plus.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. A good team player but able to work independently.
