The role:

To bolster to their team, we are seeking an Electrical Planner (m/f/d) responsible for designing and executing substations and grid connections for their wind and solar farms, on a permanent, full-time basis, starting immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and specifying substations and cable routes
• Negotiating lease agreements with landowners for substations and cable routes
• Engaging in communication and negotiation with network operators, local utilities, municipalities, licensing authorities, and project partners
• Ensuring grid connection security and obtaining required certifications
• Overseeing subcontractors, substation, and cable installation
• Compiling project documentation for external financing
• Collaborating with the site manager throughout construction until successful project handover to plant management

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Extensive professional background in planning and implementing grid connections and substations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cost management skills
• Ability to work independently, methodically, and proactively with a high level of dedication
• Possession of a Class B drivers license and willingness to travel
