Become part of our Mercedes-Benz service team as a service assistant (m/f/d) at the customer reception in our Schönefeld plant. Your tasks are:

Reception and support of workshop customers

Advising customers on general technical issues and questions

Planning workshop appointments and creating repair pre-orders

Recording vehicle and order data

Cashiering and issuing vehicles to customers

Ensuring a smooth process within the service team

Inspire customers with your passion for cars, your professional competence and an authentic appearance with your very personal "Mercedes moments"

Qualifikationen

Completed training - ideally in the automotive or hotel industry

Commitment as well as a confident and friendly demeanor

A high level of customer and service orientation

Willingness to work shifts
