Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) - Remote, Germany

For our client, a leading global energy corporation with over 66,000 employees worldwide, dedicated to meeting the rising need for secure, eco-friendly, and cost-effective energy solutions, we are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to supervise the execution of substantial construction and upkeep projects across their network of approximately 200 service stations in the Berlin region.

The Construction Project Manager plays a key role in the company's energy shift through strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of construction and maintenance projects. You will handle average budgets of 8 million euros, liaise with architects, planners, and contractors, ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, and act as the technical expert for all departments involved with the retail sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of major maintenance actions and projects at around 200 service stations.
• Demonstrate robust analytical, structured, and interconnected thinking skills.
• Handle budgets and oversee expenses for capital and operational projects (Capex/Revex).
• Supervise architects, specialized planners, and contractors in managing large projects, including direct coordination at the operational level.
• Ensure adherence to administrative regulations and personal accountability for violations (OWIG).
• Hold overall HSSE responsibility for all actions within your domain, ensuring contractors comply with HSSE standards and regulations, including risk management during project design.
• Provide technical advice for network development, encompassing cost estimates and feasibility studies.
• Oversee construction activities according to HOAI performance phases § 1 – 9.
• Ensure compliance and execution of contractor agreements within the maintenance department.
• Liaise with authorities on all technical aspects related to the service stations.
• Act as the technical liaison for all departments involved with service stations within the organization.

Qualifications:

A university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is mandatory.
