Job summary
Support international METRO entities in implementation of Global Quality Assurance standards Provide trainings on applicable QA standards to QA teams from countries and relevant stakeholders and provide technical assistance whenever needed Develop Technical manuals to support entities in implementation of standard requirements Review and update of QA documents and procedures related to Multichannel operations Support in development/improvement of QA features in operational IT tools with the aim to facilitate the implementation of QA requirements Contribute to the integration of new acquired Food Service Distribution companies into METRO Quality Management System & manage post-merger integration process Conduct risk assessment annual Quality Audits of Logistic Service Providers for international supply chain ensure closure non-conformities by LSP Support investigation internal claims countries complaints products distributed LSPs Support development review Quality Management System Marketplace/Ecommerce develop relevant documentation
