- 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen
- Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen an 3rd Party Applikationen
- Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort
- Bearbeitung und Betreuung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller
- Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge
- Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle
- Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften
