What you'll be doing

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen
• 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen
• Pro­blem­ana­ly­se und Be­sei­ti­gung von Stö­run­gen an 3rd Party Applikationen
• Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort
• Bearbeitung und Be­treu­ung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller
• Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge
• Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle
• Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften
