- Assuming responsibility in the PMO and supporting the specialist departments in complying with and implementing the project specifications
- Carrying out operational coordination, including reports and task tracking
- Preparation of data, reports and presentation documents for project reporting and committee appearances
- Active collaboration in the project management environment to further develop and maintain the PM governance methodology
- Ensuring the implementation of risk and conflict management
- Preparation and follow-up of project committees throughout the company, e.g. quality gates, project review boards, and follow-up of resolutions
- Supporting holistic reporting and tracking quality assurance measures
- Synchronization of all sub-project managers as well as concepts and steps
- Successfully completed studies in the technical or commercial field
- Experience in project management and ideally a PM certification
- First management experience desirable
- Experience in PM, agile management and Scrum
- Excellent handling of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural skills
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Openness, strong presentation and communication skills
