Then join our 18-month Graduate Program and shape the future of ZEISS.Your profileCompleted field of study in subject business administration, economics, finance, human resources management or similarPractical experience gained, for example, as an intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)Experience in common MS Office applicationsInterest in challenging project tasks and associated challengesFlexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the programFluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficialYour RoleDuring the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad.

During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development.

All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your tasks within the program:

Getting to know different global compensation structuresParticipation in projects in the area of Compensation & BenefitsFamiliarization with job evaluation methodsSupport in the implementation of C&B policiesÜber unsSich etwas Neues trauen, über sich hinauswachsen und dabei die Grenzen des Machbaren neu definieren.
