    Kärcher Futuretech ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der internationalen Kärcher Gruppe mit 180 Mitarbeitenden. Als führender Systemhersteller entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir Produkte und Systeme für die mobile Verpflegung, Wasserversorgung, Feldlager und CBRN-Dekontamination. Unsere WOW-Spezialisierung liegt in der Arbeit mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern und Hilfsorganisationen.

    Aufgaben

    • Als Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) Marketing & Fairs verantworten Sie das gesamte operative Marketing sowie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Marketing-Teams. Dabei stellen Sie einen konsistenten und zielgruppenorientierten Markenauftritt im anspruchsvollen Umfeld von Militär, Zivil- und Katastrophenschutz sicher.
    • In enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement erstellen und aktualisieren Sie eigenverantwortlich die jährlichen Preislisten für unsere Standardprodukte.
    • Sie verantworten die Erstellung und Pflege sämtlicher Vermarktungsunterlagen (Präsentationen, Datenblätter, Argumentarien) für unsere Standardprodukte.
    • Als Basis für die Website und andere Marketingmaterialien pflegen Sie die zentrale Produktdaten-Datenbank.
    • In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement erarbeiten Sie Kommunikationsstrategien für neue Produkte und Lösungen.

    Profil

    • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen B2G- oder B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im Umfeld technischer Produkte oder Systemlösungen.
    • Erste Führungserfahrung oder nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Projekten und der Koordination von Teams.
    • Eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit Datenbanken/PIM-Systemen zur Produktdatenpflege.
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Verbindung mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke.
    • Eine hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
    • Reisebereitschaft für die Begleitung von Messen.
