• Develop and implement software architecture and technology strategies to meet business needs.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor and coach engineers to develop their technical skills and abilities.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standards for software development processes and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts and participate in interview processes when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives and programs.
