- Lead strategic kick-off meeting to understand the requirements and successfully drive the full recruitment process
- Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
- Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
- Identify optimal channels for sourcing the best talent on the market
- Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives
- University's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Numerous years of Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Medical Devices or Biotech Industry experience
- Using Workday as ATS

As Danaher Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition DACH/EE Commercial and G&A Team, reporting to the TA Manager DACH Commercial + G&A and your will be remotely based within Germany.
