- Manage projects within the VW-Group Product Delivery Organization;
- Leadership and coordination of Cross-functional Project-Team in Development Projects in the Area of Cockpit-Display-Technologies;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to achieve cost, time, product, and quality goals;
- Track projects closely and work with other managers to resolve identified risks and issues;
- Setup and tracking of program budget (invest, R&D budget, piece price, costed BOM,...) to achieve financial targets;
- Setup, update, and control project timeline to achieve internal and external milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and plant start-up;
- Support of the Development teams in Sofia (SW, HW, ME, SYS);
- Support of Defect- and Change-Management in Projects with high SW-Complexity;
- Conduct Program Reviews and Phase Exit / Stage and Gate reviews regularly, ensure participation of relevant stakeholders, report summary program stats every month, and ensure program documentation in enterProj.
- Motivation: wanting to be an active part of the electrified vehicle industry and contribute to its development;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or similar;
- Minimum 5-year work experience, min. 2 years in the automotive industry (German OEM preferred, Display and Cockpit electronics categories is an advantage);
- Experience in project management incl. budget responsibility;
- Deep knowledge of automotive Development- and Production processes;
- Customer focus, good communicator, team player, self-motivation, proactive and ability to lead a team are desirable soft skills;
- Structure and discipline;
- Fluent in English;
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
