You will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis across Investment Functions, Capital Strategy and Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, cash flow modeling, and strong analytical skills.


You will:
Own and manage the development and ongoing evolution of financial models across various functions of IMMO's business
Act as a subject matter expert for cash flow modelling, finance, and real estate dynamics & analysis
Model returns and analyses for investors across the capital stack, analysing equity, debt.
Think critically about capital structures, inputs, and investment dynamics to achieve the optimal investment outcomes
Prepare investment memorandums
Advise internally on investment transactions
Present projections and analyses to investors
Proactively manage key stakeholders and teams
Develop and coach junior members across the investment teams (analysts and interns)


You have:
Expertise in building, deploying and maintaining financial models
Corporate finance knowledge
Meaningful experience in real estate analysis and an understanding of capital structures & key real estate metrics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and presentation skills (slides/presentations).
Personable with ability to work in a team environment, managing upwards and downwards and giving and providing feedback.
Highly motivated and keen to learn in a continuously changing environment.
Experience working under pressure
Corporate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Debt Fund or Real Estate know how
