    My client, an internationally operating aviation insurance company are looking for a new member of their team in Cologne.

    This role is Underwriting Back Office Support: 80%-100%

    Aufgaben


    • Conduct pre-underwriting tasks, such as submission, risk analysis, and pricing activities


    • Manage and oversee the renewal process for clients


    • Generate quotes and draft documents


    • Issue certificates and invoices as part of administrative duties


    • Input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets


    • Support Management in document preparation, presentations, and event coordination


    • Provide information to clients via phone and email

    Qualifikation


    • A commercial apprenticeship, ideally within in the financial services sector or similar.


    • Proficient language skills, particularly in German and English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.


    • Practical computer proficiency in MS Office programs.


    • Ability to work independently within established parameters.


    • Capable of managing multiple projects under set time schedules.


    • Familiarity with relevant software/systems and strong keyboard skills.
