    Embedded Technical CRM Manager
    As an Embedded Technical CRM Manager, you will be an essential part of our Brazil CRM team, collaborating with experts to transform project ideas into actionable technical tasks. Your main focus will be on coordinating the execution of projects using SumUp's Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
    The Brazil CRM Team is dedicated to managing all CRM activities for SumUp's Brazilian customers. This includes overseeing processes related to customer acquisition, support, surveys, churn, and ensuring overall customer success within the Brazilian market.
    What you'll do
    • Collaborate with Brazil CRM Leadership to translate project vision into technical requirements
    • Share insights about the Platform with stakeholders to guide project feasibility
    • Coordinate and implement priority projects within the team's development cycle
    • Provide support to team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities
    • Generate reports and manage expectations with CRM Leadership and your Chapter
    • Monitor system operations and promptly address any issues to prevent escalations
    • Offer mentorship
    You'll be great for this role if
    • Have at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Experience working with various stakeholders while focusing on technical requirements
    • Capable of prioritizing and coordinating tasks autonomously
    • Proficient in SQL and AMPscript for dynamic content operations
    • Enjoy creating documentation to share solutions within an organization
