We are looking for motivated talents and graduates for our 24-month Management Trainee Program at the Corporate Center in Cologne

Management Trainee Insure+ (m/f/d) - 24 Months

Main tasks

• Discover the world of insurance: As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through various areas and work independently. You will delve into the depths of insurance technology and at the same time support the back-office areas - from Finance to Underwriting to Legal & Compliance. Your mission: to unlock the secrets of the insurance world
• Project juggler and data magician: Your days are filled with projects and data. You analyze information, prepare it and conjure up clear solutions from complex processes. As a management trainee, you juggle with data and at the same time juggle with the requirements of different departments.
• IT explorer and data archaeologist: you document, maintain and find hidden treasures of information in the depths of IT systems. You are part of the regular departmental meetings and present your findings. Your powers and responsibilities are as varied as the codes in the systems.
• Presentation artist and delegation master: you prepare information and create presentations that capture the hearts of decision-makers. Your powers are the result of the delegation of trainee supervision and the wisdom of your mentors. As a management trainee, you are a master of communication and accountability.

Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software

• Completed studies with a focus on insurance or business administration or comparable courses of study.
• Knowledge of business administration and/or insurance through internships or part-time work is an advantage.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Good self-organization skills.
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team as well as good communication skills.
• Willingness to develop yourself further.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Very good knowledge of German and English. (Minimum C1 Level)
