- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical production needs, design efficient processes, and spearhead advancements in their ERP system (including APS integration).
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Lead projects from initial concept to successful implementation, ensuring smooth go-live transitions.
- Orchestrate development initiatives - both internal and external - to create or enhance essential production tools.
- Utilize the Scrum framework to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Experience working with Infor LN and APS systems (ideally in a prototyping environment).
- A proven track record in ERP implementation or upgrade processes.
- In-depth knowledge of production, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing IT projects effectively.
- Familiarity with functionality testing methodologies.
- A strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of aviation standards is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration skills (including stakeholder management).
- Stellar presentation and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
