- Develop and execute the overall European strategy and roadmap for "Features On Demand" for Hyundai
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define feature requirements, prioritize development efforts, and establish realistic timelines for feature updates
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as technology providers and software vendors, to ensure smooth integration of new features into our vehicles' software architecture
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment across departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, legal and customer support
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify and address any risks or roadblocks that may impact the successful delivery of feature updates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models and customer communication plans for feature updates
- Work closely with customer support teams to gather feedback, address customer inquiries, and identify areas for improvement in feature functionality and user experience
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to measure the success of feature updates
- Define and evaluate KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to feature updates and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, integrating relevant insights into program development
- Master degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (7+ years) in program management, preferably in the automotive industry, with a focus on software development, OTA updates, or feature delivery
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, software architecture, and feature development processes
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion
- Solid technical background and familiarity with software development methodologies, OTA update frameworks, and agile practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity requirements related to OTA updates and vehicle software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
