    HRIT People has partnered with a global and reputable business located in Munich for the past two years. This business has over 12,000 employees in more than 30 countries, and they are currently in the early stages of a global HR transformation and (Multiple) HR System implementation with SAP SuccessFactors at the core.

    To join the skilled and growing internal HR-Technology team, we are searching for an experienced Project Manager, ideally a system-agnostic professional with an open mindset for new technologies & tools.

    The Global People & Transformation team – is responsible for HR Digitization, People Strategy Development, and Project / Change Management.

    Your Job:

    • Co-lead global HRIT projects together with HR system leads to ensure delivery on time, and within scope/ budget.
    • Gather business requirements, prioritize, plan and manage process workshops, and steer decision-making, documentation and communication.
    • Assist in implementing change activities that aim to raise awareness and promote the usage of digital tools and processes.
    • Create and keep up-to-date detailed project plans that include interface mappings, timelines, and resource allocation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in global project management Focused on process consulting for integrated HR IT solutions using market-leading systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and ServiceNow.
    • Capable of effectively managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and skilled in strategic thinking, project execution, and workload prioritization.
    • Experience or willingness to dive into AI topics within the HRIT Landscape.
    • Experience in tools such as OpenText would be a bonus
    • Proven experience of managing stakeholders at different levels
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written means, with strong presentation and storytelling skills. Ability to collaborate with leaders.

    This permanent full-time position is rewarding highly, with a salary (up to) 145,000 EUR depending on experience and many exciting benefits.

    This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days a week in the Global Munich Headquarters, reporting directly to the Head of Global HR Transformation.
