We seek 1 creative person to contribute to our coming exhibition as an Artist Artist Manager will collaborate with our Executive Director for approximately 2h/week.

ROLEThis is a flexible volunteer opportunity for junior and middle project assistants/ exhibition assistants/ artist liaison associates / people & culture associates / people who have passion to explore a wide variety of artists and have the capacity to get themselves involved during their free TASKSAdministration:

• Check your Blink Email once a week and respond
• Identify talent and select visual artists (submissions, talent pool, active sourcing)
• Send artist proposals and note confirmed artistsOrganisation:
• Be the right hand of our executive Director when it comes to artist communicationREQUIREMENTS
• You have an Eye for details
• You have good computer & editing skills
• You have excellent organisational skills
• You are communicative and openminded
• You are fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
• Graphic Design / Marketing / PR skills are a plus but not mandatory
• You are flexible* *This is the best role for someone who has already a job and is interested in getting involved in something creative during his/her/their free WE OFFER

• Valuable Experience in Artist Management such as: Active Sourcing, Portfolio Review, Selecting, Proposing, Managing
• Stay actively involved in what we do
